Little Bao is a modern Chinese diner serving signature Chinese bao burgers, sharing plates and original cocktails – a refreshing concept by Asia’s Top Female Chef 2016; May Chow. 

Her diner is a juxtaposition of LA cool meets Hong Kong gastronomy. The 20-seater serves an adventurous and playful assortment of classic Cantonese comfort dishes. 

Chill out vibes: The interior takes reference from American-style diners, but with its own touches of Hong Kong.

Another example of a creative modern approach toward Chinese cuisine: slow-braised pork belly, leek & shiso red onion salad with a sesame dressing, and a hoisin ketchup smeared on the side of the bowl.
