Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bib & Tucker provides customers with modern Australian-inspired food. It’s fresh, tasty and speaks volumes of head chef Scott Bridger’s connection with local produce. 

Owned by Olympic swimmer Eamon Sullivan, this popular haunt is a real taste of what Perth has to offer. I love coming here for lunch on the weekends and sitting out on the deck in the sun with a fresh juice or cheeky mimosa. 

And when I’ve finished, I make my way down onto the beach for a post-meal walk – it’s literally metres away from the restaurant.

Bib & Tucker sits on a slight hill in Leighton Beach, with a phenomenal ocean view.
 

The produce is fresh and speaks for itself.
 

In winter, the restaurant adds some great truffle dishes, like this beef tartare with fresh shavings on top.
 

The bombe alaska dessert is a showstopper – it literally turns heads as it comes out to your table.
