TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Elite Tier Upgrade:
Redemption of the Elite Tier Upgrade must be carried out in person at SL counters. A Cardmember must present their passport or other photo ID and the Eligible Card at SL counters to receive the Elite Tier Upgrade.
Prestige Tier Upgrade:
A Cardmember must, on the day that he / she applies for the complimentary Prestige Tier Upgrade, spend any amount at any Sands Lifestyle (SL) participating outlet ("Upgrade Spend"). This Upgrade Spend may be made with cash, NETS, credit or debit card, funds transfer service, online payment platform or digital payment system but not via a Resort Dollars redemption. If the Upgrade Spend is incurred at a SL participating outlet, it must be eligible to earn Resort Dollars and the Resort Dollars thereby earned must be credited to an existing Lifestyle tier SL membership account. If the Cardmember is not a SL member on the day the Upgrade Spend is incurred, they may sign up for a SL membership just before incurring the Upgrade Spend. MBS outlets which are SL participating outlets will be indicated as such in the SL member's SL membership app.
In the event that the Upgrade Spend is not incurred at a SL participating outlet, the Cardmember must retain a physical copy of the original receipt of the Upgrade Spend to redeem the Prestige Tier Upgrade. Redemption of the Prestige Tier Upgrade must be carried out in person at SL counters. A Cardmember must present their passport or other photo ID and the Eligible Card at SL counters to receive the Prestige Tier Upgrade. Cardmembers who incurred the Upgrade Spend at outlets which are not SL participating outlets must also present the original receipt of the Upgrade Spend.
UOB and/or MBS can terminate or change the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any point of time without having to give prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of UOB and/or MBS shall be final.
