  • Requests to change shopping transactions to 0% Installments are made manually depending on the availability of the UOB Credit Card Holder permanent limit at the time the request is processed
  • Transactions that are changed to 0% Installments will not get Rewards Points/Cash Back/Mileage
  • Changes to shopping transactions to 0% Installments for up to 12 months will be done manually within 10 working days from the transaction date
  • Installment from transactions converted to 0% Installment will be billed along with other purchases each month on the billing statement. Interest will be charged on the principal Installment if the Cardholder pays less than the new Total Bill, or pays after the Due Date. The interest will be part of the Minimum Payment.   • The deadline for Cardholder complaints for this program will be received by UOB no later than 30 calendar days after the program period ends
