The eligible transaction shall not include any applicable taxes, tariffs and duties or any payment ("the Taxes") that is imposed or may be imposed by the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
The eligible transaction is subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Receipt that is stamped with "redeemed" cannot be utilised and is no longer valid for the purpose of this program, or any other programs.
This offer is open to all UOB cardmembers except for the following persons who are not eligible: a) All permanent and temporary personnel of the merchant and their immediate family members. b) All Brand Partners, their employees, and their respective immediate family members; and all representatives and/or agents (including advertising and promotional agents) of the merchant.
The Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a refund or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
UOB is not an agent of the merchant, their subsidiary or affiliate and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement as to the quality/merchantability/fitness of the merchant's Products and shall not be liable for any injury/loss/damages suffered from the use of the merchant's Product.
