Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 2 days in advance and is subject to slot availability.
All bookings must be scheduled within the promotion period.
To enjoy the new customers offer, cardmembers must mention the promotion at the time of booking.
The discount applies only to standard priced services and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
For existing customer offer, customer must provide proof of prior service history.
The full car polish package is offered at a flat rate, regardless of vehicle type and size.
The package includes standard polishing service.
Additional detailing, paint correction or restoration may be chargeable.
The Paint Protection Film (PPF), coating and tinting services are subject to vehicle inspection to determine suitability.
P10X reserves the right to withhold their service if the vehicle condition is deemed unsuitable for the selected service.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for partially used or unredeemed services.
All prices will be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, P10X's terms and conditions shall prevail.
Offer cannot be exchanged for cash/ vouchers or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
