    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • The offer is valid from 3 January 2025 to 16 February 2025. As for the mini luggage, the redemption starts from 18 January 2025 to 16 February 2025 or once the capping has been reached, whichever comes first.(2,000 units of mini luggage, 2,000 units of canvas tote bag and 20,000 units of angpau packet)
    • Offer is valid with the minimum spend of RM150 to redeem 1 set of angpow packet (6 pcs), RM400 to redeem 1 unit of canvas tote bag and RM1,000 to redeem 1 unit of mini luggage.
    • Offer is limited to (1) gift redemption per card, per day and gift is based on the spend threshold eligibility throughout the offer period on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Offer is valid for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
    • Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt on the same day. As for monthly subscribed packages, the redemption is only valid for same-day receipts from tenants (i.e., beauty services, packages, etc.) and subsequent days/weeks/months redemption is no longer valid until the shopper renews the package for another item.
    • Offer is valid with an original receipt. Not valid for duplicated/reprinted/used receipts.
    • Offer is not valid for a receipt that is collected based on payment that is fully subsidised by cash vouchers.
    • Offer is not valid for receipts from Parkson, The Food Merchant, Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre, car wash, money changer, banking, ATM transactions, utilities and deposit payment, purchase of cash vouchers/shopping vouchers, guest check and preliminary receipts. To redeem the gifts, cardmembers must present their original receipts at the gift redemption counter, level 4, pink zone, Pavilion Bukit Jalil. For payment that are partially subsidised by cash voucher, only the amount topped up by cash can be considered for redemption.
    • Retail staff are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
    • In the event of dispute, Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification. Pavilion Bukit Jalil does not warrant the quality for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts
    • Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to terminate /withdraw/substitute any mall promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. The decision of Pavilion Bukit Jalil on all matters relating to all mall promotions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating the allotment of redemption or otherwise, shall not be entertained.
    • Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and redemptions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
    • Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its own terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
    • UOB is not agent of merchant, their subsidiary or affiliates and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement as to the quality/merchantability/fitness of the goods and services provided ("Product") and shall not be liable for any injury/loss/damages suffered from use of Product.
