Campaign Period
The campaign runs from 14 Feb until 15 March 2025 (both dates inclusive).
Eligibility
Open to UOB Malaysia credit and debit cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders").
Only bookings made using a valid UOB card during the campaign period, and in MYR currencies are eligible.
Minimum booking amount (after applying on-going promotions and discounts):
Malaysia: MYR 600 and above per booking.
Reward Offer
The first 100 confirmed bookings in each country (100 in Malaysia) will receive:
Malaysia: MYR 300 additional travel voucher.
This reward can be combined with other on-going promotions on the site.
Fulfillment of Reward
Eligible cardholders will receive the voucher via email from Unravel within two (2) weeks after the campaign ends (by 29 March 2025).
The email will be sent to the registered email address used during booking.
Exclusions & Fraud Prevention Measures
Cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded bookings are NOT eligible for the reward.
Each cardholder is limited to one (1) reward under this campaign, even if multiple bookings are made.
The first 100 eligible bookings are determined by the time of booking confirmation, not the time of payment.
Only genuine retail travel bookings qualify. Bookings made with the intention of resale, transfers, or any suspected fraudulent activities may be disqualified.
If a booking is later canceled after receiving the reward, Unravel & UOB reserves the right to void the rewarded unique promo code.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
General Terms
UOB and Unravel reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant found gaming the system.
In the event of disputes, UOB’s decision shall be final and binding.
UOB reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
