Whenever friends visit us from overseas, we always bring them here, because who can resist top-notch service, excellent wines and of course, delicious food!

Meats served here are sourced from 15 farms across Hokkaido, so you can be assured that you are getting the very best the region has to offer.

Hokkaido's soil is also vibrant; perfect for growing almost anything. Asparagus, onions and corn are some of our favourites.

 

Jingisu-kan is a Hokkaido staple. Generous cuts of lamb and fresh vegetables cooked over hot charcoal. This is a must-try.

 

Hitsuji prides itself on using locally sourced lamb, look at this gorgeous cut.

 

Hitsuji also insists on using locally sourced vegetables. Here, everything is fresh and nothing is wasted. The vegetables in Hokkaido are amazing be-cause they are always so full of flavor!

 

But if meat’s your thing then the mixed platter of lamb and sausages is sure to satisfy.
