The complimentary Bmedi Hydra Facial is valid only during the customer birthday month. Customer must present a valid ID or proof of their birthday to redeem the offer during their scheduled visit. The offer can be redeemed only once during the birthday month and not transferable.
Customer can redeem the first trial for Whitening Peel Treatment only once during the promotion period.
