TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Validity of Cash Voucher: 1 May 2025 - 31 January 2026 Participants may redeem Cash Vouchers from PM Stores (as defined below) subject to such requirements as may be prescribed for such redemption.This promotion is valid for a) UOB Credit and Debit Cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia; and b) Citi-branded Credit and Debit Cards issued in Vietnam subject to eligibility. The trademarks "Citi", "Citigroup", the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under license by UOB Bank Vietnam from Citigroup and related group entities. Each Participant is entitled to redeem 1 Cash Voucher per day. Cash Vouchers can be used for transactions involving the purchase of any regularly-priced and discounted items, in all stores in Participating Malls ("PM Store(s)"), except for the Excluded Transactions, with no limit on the number of Cash Vouchers that can be used for each transaction. The use of Cash Vouchers are subject to any conditions that may be imposed by the PM Store. Excluded Transactions: Cash Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers, gift cards, gift exchange products, Mark & Spencer food items as well as any items in Beauty Gems, B2S, Super Sports, OfficeMate, Baan & Beyond, MUJI, Central Food Hall, Tops Superstore, Tops Daily, Tops Market and Power Buy in Participating Malls. Cash Vouchers also cannot be used together with other coupons or vouchers for purchases at Beauty Galerie in Participating Malls. The use of multiple Cash Vouchers in a single transaction is subject to the discretion of the respective PM Store. Cash Vouchers and GWPs may not be exchanged for cash. Receipts for transactions involving the use of Cash Vouchers may be used in other promotions subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those other promotions. Refunds of transactions involving the use of Cash Vouchers will not include the value of the Cash Voucher. Payment of transactions involving the use of Cash Vouchers and the GWP Minimum Spend must be made with UOB credit cards or debit cards only. Cash Vouchers can only be used for retail purchases and will only be accepted if presented by the Participant, in person, at a PM Store. Cash Vouchers can only be redeemed and used at Central @ centralwOrld, Central Chidlom, Central Phuket, Central Hadyai, Central Patong, Central Pattaya, Central Samui, Robinson Hadyai and Robinson Rama 9 ("Participating Malls") To redeem the GWP, Participants must visit the customer service counter in a Participating Mall and present 1 same-day receipt from a store in the same Participating Mall, which fulfils the GWP Minimum Spend. Receipts of transactions involving the use of Cash Vouchers can be used in the redemption of the GWP. This Promotion can be combined with all other existing tourist reward programs offered by the Company at Participating Malls. UOB and the Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion, in their sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice.
