• The request to change the shopping transaction to 0% Installment is done manually depending on the availability of the UOB Credit Cardholder permanent limit at the time the application is processed
• Transactions that are converted to 0% Installments will not get Rewards Points/Mileage
• Transactions that are converted into Installments will be charged a conversion fee of IDR 20,000 per transaction that is converted into Installments
• Changing shopping transactions to 0% Installments up to 12 months will be done manually within 10 working days from the date of the transaction
