• Advanced bookings are required to engage the Chief Director for hair services. Bookings are required to be made 5 days prior to the appointment date.

Full payment must be made with a UOB Reserve Card. All promotions are not valid with other marketing promotions, offers, vouchers, loyalty programs and gift cards, unless otherwise stated. All complimentary items are not transferable or exchangeable in part or in kind for cash, credit or other goods and services. UOB or the Merchant reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace or substitute the complimentary item with any other item of equal or similar value.
