These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
The offer is valid for booking and stays completed by 31 August 2026.
Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged.
You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.

Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, and walk-in reservations are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy: o For Low or Mid Season:
Cancel at least 14 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge.
Cancel 8-13 days before arrival date and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
Cancel 7 days or less before arrival date and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
o For High or Peak Season:
Cancel at least 21 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge of entire stay.
o For Peak Season or Last Minute:
If booking is confirmed within 30 days of arrival date, it is non-refundable and no changes will be permitted.
All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a UOB credit card.
Anantara Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
