To redeem, select the ‘Transport' tab in the Grab app, select your pick-up and drop-off points. Choose the vehicle type and choose your preferred payment method. Enter your GrabGifts e-Voucher in the 'Offer' field and click 'Use Now', and tap on ‘Book‘.
Payment must be made with a UOB credit/debit card.
Valid for one (1) use only. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
If the value of the ride exceeds the value of GrabGifts e-Voucher, any outstanding balance must be paid using a different payment method.
No recharging or reloading of funds into the code is allowed.
Strictly no extension or reissuance of GrabGifts e-Voucher after expiry.
