These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all participants of the Mastercard Promotion ("Campaign") as a supplement to other terms and conditions for Rakuten Travel (https://travel.rakuten.com) ("Rakuten Travel"). The participants are deemed to have agreed to these T&C and other terms and conditions provided by Rakuten Travel when using Rakuten Travel’s website, apps, and/or services.
This Campaign allows Eligible Mastercard Cardholders to get a 10% off coupon discount ("Coupon") with minimum spend of SGD 500, that is applicable to all Japan hotels on Rakuten Travel.
This Coupon may be used until 11:59 p.m. (SGT) on 31 May 2026 ("Campaign Period").
This Coupon is applicable to any Rakuten Travel bookings made with any valid Mastercard card issued in Singapore, whose check-out date falls on or before 31 December 2026.
This Coupon is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis.
This Coupon is applicable for Eligible Mastercard Cardholders with a Rakuten Travel membership. It has a maximum discount value per valid redemption of SGD 80.
To claim and use the coupon, Eligible Mastercard Cardholders must book by logging into either the Rakuten Travel website (travel.rakuten.com) or the Rakuten Travel mobile app, in the Singapore region setting.
Usage of this Coupon is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible booking. This Coupon cannot be combined with the Welcome Coupon.
Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
This Campaign may be terminated or amended without notice.
The Campaign Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.
To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Campaign and/or said shortening or extension of the Campaign Period.
All information, including personal information, submitted, or known to Rakuten Travel and/or its affiliates and partners in connection with this Campaign will only be used in accordance with Rakuten Travel’s Privacy Policy (https://travel.rakuten.com/contents/sgp/en-us/information/terms/privacy/).
