Onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used for onboard purchases made during the eligible Disney Adventure sailing. It will be awarded in USD and reflected in the room account folio only after the primary guest has successfully boarded. The onboard credit may be used for selected eligible onboard expenses, including gratuities, alcoholic beverages, port adventures, retail purchases, and spa services, but cannot be applied toward service charges or taxes. Any unused onboard credit cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or future cruise credit. The primary guest must remain on the eligible booking and complete the sailing to receive the onboard credit. The onboard credit will be forfeited if the primary guest is changed or removed from the reservation, or if the booking is cancelled or modified.
