Registration & Activation: Eligible Mastercard cardholders must register via the Firsty app or authorized partners using a valid name and contact, and use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device with internet access.
Free Access: The Firsty app and eSIM download are free of charge, but require a stable internet connection to set up.
14-Day Withdrawal: Eligible Mastercard cardholder can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days; partial refunds are given if data from a paid plan has been used.
Refund Conditions: Refunds are allowed within 30 days of purchase if activation fails despite troubleshooting; no refunds for used or expired data.
No Refund Exceptions: Refunds won’t be issued for accidental purchases, unused data after expiration, or suspected fraud.
Fair Use Policy: High-speed data is capped daily for Firsty Fast users, with reduced speeds afterward—limits vary by country and are shown at checkout.
Service Limitations: Service depends on third-party networks; Firsty isn’t liable for outages or interruptions beyond its control.
Prohibited Use: Activities like reselling, excessive usage, or fraud can lead to service suspension or termination.
