This offer is valid only for customers who book via www.hertzthailand.com, and the discount code must be entered according to the specified travel period.
Travel periods are divided into two phases: Phase 1: 17 Nov '25 - 31 Jan '26 and 1 Oct '26 - 17 Nov '26 and use discount code HPUOB25S. Phase 2: 1 Feb '26 - 30 Sep '26 and use discount code HPUOB25.

The special rate includes the following benefits: 1. First-class insurance (Super Collision Damage Waiver - SCDW) with no deductible 2. This offer does not include Tire & Wheel Protection (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), or any other optional services. These can be purchased separately at any Hertz Thailand branch nationwide.
In case of irrecoverable damage or loss, an excess charge will apply for amounts exceeding THB 30,000
On the pickup date, vehicles must be collected during branch operating hours. For pickup or return outside operating hours, an additional service fee will be charged per instance as specified on the website.
A UOB credit card is required on the pickup date to block a deposit amount of THB 5,000 for all car models.

In case of booking changes, customers must notify at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of THB 200 per change will be applied in all cases. Changes are subject to the availability of vehicle types listed on the Hertz Thailand website at the time of the request. Additional charges may apply in cases of vehicle upgrades or changes to travel dates that do not match the original travel period. Customers can request changes by contacting reserve@hertzthailand.com. Hertz Thailand reserves the right to deny refunds in all cases.
Inter-branch vehicle returns are allowed for rentals of 3 days or more, subject to the following conditions: 1. Rentals of 3-4 days will incur an inter-branch return fee based on the specified distance. 2. Rentals of 5 days or more are exempt from inter-branch return fees. 3. Vehicles rented from Sub-License branches are not eligible for inter-branch returns. 4. For inquiries regarding vehicle returns at different branches or to check Sub-License branch locations, please contact Hertz Thailand at +66 2266 4666.
The discount cannot be changed to cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
