Card holders can take the lucky dip coupon placed in the lucky bowl and can immediately exchange it for the prize stated on the coupon
The shopping receipt used to exchange the coupon will be taken by the Rumah Mode Customer Service officer as proof of taking the lucky dip / prize coupon
