One of the most popular spots is the Cat Cafe!!
It is said that the concept of cat cafes, which are now a global phenomenon, originated in Taiwan in 1998. They are now ubiquitous across Japan and in particular Tokyo. My personal favourite is the Cat Cafe called MoCHA in Harajuku.
The cafe itself is really clean and it feels like time passes more slowly once you enter its doors. It’s the perfect place to spend an afternoon relaxing away from the bustle of the city.
There are MoCHA cafes not only in Harajuku but also some other cities. I've put the URL here, so check out their locations and choose the one that’s convenient for you.

The cats also like to relax here! They look so cute asleep!
You can have drinks here too. The price without a drink is ¥200/10mins, with a drink is ¥350. (The average price people spend is ¥1200 for an hour.)
Definitely, try to check out Mocha Cafe if you get the chance!
