The Habitat is a rainforest experience not to be missed. Take a leisurely stroll along the pathways, read about interesting facts on the information boards, and be surrounded by the melodic sounds of nature amid the flora and fauna of the Malaysian rainforest.

Don’t forget to check the schedules ahead of time and participate in the complimentary tour provided, led by guides who are well-trained nature lovers.

To access The Habitat, you must first take the Penang Hill Funicular Railway up to Penang Hill. (Fun fact – the railway has the steepest tunnel track in the world!) Thereafter, purchase a ticket for The Habitat and this beautifully preserved rainforest experience is a 5-minute buggy ride away.

At 13 metres above ground, the Curtis Crest Tree Top Walk is the highest viewing point of Penang. Just you and the clouds – it’s a breathtaking experience! Take a walk around to enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the island.
