No reservations required at Panorâmico de Monsanto

Back in the 80s, this used to be a restaurant with one of the best views in town. From here, you can see pretty much the whole city. But once it shut its doors in 2001, it was abandoned and vandalised. 

Recently, it is opened to public as a lookout point. You can see that the building is still full of graffiti and street art, but that’s part of its magic, I guess.

I mean… this view!!! 

I know it looks dodgy… but so worth it! 

You can even see the other side of the river. Just gorgeous!
