Ping’s Hotpot is one place you won’t mind getting into hot soup

This is one restaurant that constantly blows my mind and palate. Ping's is a multi-award-winning restaurant that has been serving authentic Thai Teochew signature recipes since the 1960s. 

This newer hotpot outlet from the same group makes use of this winning superior chicken broth as the base for their hotpot soup bases – Superior Ping’s Original, Teochew Herbal Goodness, Spicy Tom Yam and Magnificent Mongolian.

I love that I can order dishes made popular by their Teochew restaurant like the fried fish maw with tiger prawns and fried oyster omelette. This place is conveniently located, comfortable, cosy and perfect for meals with friends and family.

 

The superior chicken stock that is prepared daily from many hours of boiling whole free-range chicken to the bones is used as the base for all their hotpot soups.

 

Dip the wide selection of premium meats and seafood into this hearty broth and the soup takes on a different and more flavourful dimension. Pair this with a simple bowl of jasmine steamed rice and it makes for the perfect comfort food.
