Culture vultures, this one's for you; especially if you have Phnom Penh on your bucket list. Make some time to check out the National Museum (it's probably already in your itinerary), where you can witness a fascinating cultural dance performance. Held at the semi-open Cambodia Living Arts theatre, "Earth and Sky" is a stunning 60-minute display of eight different traditional styles of dance, including the mythical Apsara Dance, which tells the story of Cambodian lore, ancestral traditions and village life. The show, choreographed by a former prima ballerina of the Royal Palace, also features exquisite costumes and is backed by the sounds of nine traditional instruments.
