Prepayment in full use of a valid Mastercard is required at the time of booking.
Payment is non-refundable for cancellations, shortened stays, or amendments, and the rate will not be adjusted towards any incidentals.
The Mastercard used at the time of booking must be presented during check-in for verification, and payment must be made with the same card.
Amendments to stay dates are subject to a rate adjustment at the time they are made.
All rates quoted are subject to 8% government tax (SST).
A Tourism Tax of MYR10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders.
