In Hummus We Trust. It’s in big neon pink letters on the interior wall, along with names in Arabic of people who helped owners Ziad and Kaitlin Zammar open up their first restaurant.
The food is modern Middle Eastern cuisine, with a large number of vegan and vegetarian friendly options too. I love the lamb kefta, which comes with labne and a pomegranate sauce – so delicious and utterly addictive!
And the drinks menu has a great selection too, with some local distilleries and wineries featured. It’s a wallet-friendly dining option that will leave you wanting to go back time and time again, I promise!
