Sumiya is well-known for its delicious grilled horumon (pig entrails) as it is one of the best in town. If horumon isn’t your thing, there are many other dishes you can try.
The restaurant is rather cozy with the fire & smoke, and makes a perfect venue to relax with friends over some grilled meat and beer. Its rustic entrance and smoky appearance can make a newcomer a little nervous, but rest assured they’re very welcoming.
One of the signatures at this restaurant is horumon, also known as pig entrails, seasoned with salt. They can look a little scary, but they come alive over hot coals. Many foreign tourists don’t order it, but you MUST!
