Ameyoko hits the sweet spot with tasty and affordable food

This alley is filled with people on holidays but I love it because I can feel a lot of life here. It offers many places to eat - kebab, Chinese food, fish to name just a few! My favourite place to eat is the one located just right after the Ameyoko entrance. 

There are many seafood shops here to choose from.

 

Japanese-style Chinese food is also on offer here. 

 

Colourful sweet shop – perfect for an after-dinner treat! 

 

My favourite place –  Kaisen-Hamayaki-En, which is situated right after the entrance of Ame-yoko (from Ueno Station). I love this place because the food tastes so delicious and it’s not expensive.
