Experience some spiritual guidance at Tirta Empul

Pura Tirta Empul is a very busy temple built around a bubbling spring. It is an interesting place to observe Hindu devotees purifying themselves through a bathing ritual. I highly recommend visiting this place on a full moon day, which is significant to them. 

Known to be very spiritual, the temple itself is truly beautiful with its ancient architecture and peaceful surroundings. While you’re there, don’t miss the market just outside. Just walk into the alleys and bargain to the max – just divide every offer by 5-8 times – there are good deals to grab!  A guided tour helps you make the most of your time here.
