The brunch at The Mill is anything but run-of-the-mill

Saturday morning in Lisbon means only one thing: brunch! That's the only way – at least for me – to start my weekend on a good note. Lisbon is getting fuller of new and cool brunch spots and The Mill is only one of them. 

Very close to the city centre, The Mill is the result of an Australian-Portuguese partnership, with a very cool and intimate vibe. With walls painted in blue and an old coffee machine, here you'll find the best avocado toast & pancakes in town. The people are lovely and you'll find that a lot of tourists are loving it too. And I can tell why: it's one of my favourite spots at the moment!

The full breakfast is to die for!

And of course, an expresso before leaving!
