From one of our best local chefs, Henrique Sá Pessoa, Tapisco gathers the best of Portuguese and Spanish cuisines. A small place in Principe Real that you can identify by the red door, it always has a line – so book a table in advance! Once you’re there, ask for the Açorda with prawns and coriander or Salted Cod "à Brás" – two very typical Portuguese dishes reinvented by Sá Pessoa.
