See the light at the end of the tunnel at Tai’an Railway Cultural Park

Tai'an Railway Cultural Park still retains the old railway (of the old mountain line) extending from Miaoli Road to Taichung.

When you enter the tunnel, you can feel the mysterious and ancient atmosphere of the old mountain line that makes you feel like you’re on a secret adventure.

There is also a large iron bridge spanning across Da'an River where you can walk across the river with Huoyan Mountain in view. It is a really special experience that I think everyone visiting Taichung should try.

Miaoli is on the opposite side, and it is said that you can walk all the way along the iron bridge to the famous Longteng Bridge in Miaoli.
