If you’ve heard of Andre Chiang, a two-Michelin star chef, then you will know his restaurant in Singapore, which won the best restaurant for several years. Chef Andre later opened RAW in Taipei, which has taken Taipei’s fine dining scene to a whole new level.
RAW is said to be the best restaurant in Taipei and also the hardest restaurant to get a reservation at. It was also ranked number 24 on this year’s Asia 50 Best Restaurants list.
All the dishes at RAW are based on fresh local ingredients, carefully selected according to the island’s 24 ‘micro-seasons’. Chef Andre has curated an innovative menu where diners indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
