Currently popping up on the Instagram feeds of many hipster local explorers is ChangChui, the latest outdoor space in Bangkok! The decor and architecture of this place is inspired by the ‘reuse’ philosophy, and is a real testament to Thai creativity, something that I am immensely proud of as a Thai.

This creative space contains many zones to explore such as an art museum, co-working spaces, restaurants, bars, famous street food stalls, shopping outlets, a bookstore, a theatre, and exotic garden. Not forgetting the iconic disused airplane that is definitely worth checking out. Every nook and cranny contains photo-worthy elements, and one can spend an entire day here exploring and finding their inspiration.

One of the many art sculptures located right at the entrance.

A tattoo parlour located inside ChangChui, which also has a very distinctive vintage exterior.
