As its name suggests, Little Green Café is a quaint establishment that takes its name from the greenery that surrounds it.
Although it's located in a quieter part of Koh Samui, the Nathon Pier zone, don't let that deter you from visiting. I found it to be a refreshing change from the beachfront cafes in other parts of Koh Samui.
The cafe's warm lighting and wooden furniture exudes a welcoming feeling as you step into the place.
One of the highlight of this cafe is the homemade baked goods, which are made fresh in their on-site bakery every day! You can probably also imagine the amazing smells that greeted us when we first entered.
The drinks menu covers all your usual favourites like coffee, fruit juice and smoothies. If you visit on a hot afternoon like we did, we highly recommend their passionfruit juice and lemon & mint smoothies. They were perfect thirst quenchers!
We were told that their Blueberry Cheese Pie is their bestselling dessert, and we were not disappointed. The cheese pie and blueberry topping were well-balanced, and it also wasn't overly sweet.
The other dessert we had was the basque burnt cheesecake with strawberry sauce. Again, the creaminess of the cheesecake was perfectly balanced by the strawberry sauce without overwhelming our tastebuds. Definitely a must-try if you visit!
