Jungsik is a one Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant located in Cheong-damdong, the chic area of Seoul.

What I like about it is its innovative menu, beautifully presented dishes, and the taste of the food!  It’s really popular, so getting a table might be difficult, but this is the place to go if you ever want to experience Korean dining at its finest! Overseas visitors can make reservations via email, so you don’t have to worry about making reservations only when you get to Seoul.

Their iconic dish is Dolhareubang– a dessert served in the shape of a rock statue found on Jeju Island. You’ve probably seen it on Instagram!

Dolhareubang (Stone Grandpa) – a green tea mousse and peanut ganache, smothered in black sesame butter, and served with black sesame sponge cake and milk sherbert.

Tastes as beautiful as it looks!
