Passeig de Gràcia isn’t just for fashionistas or shopaholics

Passeig de Gràcia is the place for the shopaholics, where you can find the most high-end fashion boutiques of top brands.

It’s also where you can find some of Gaudí’s most emblematic monuments, like La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. On summer nights, they organise live music events on the rooftops, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with your partner and a glass of wine.

There are numerous hotel rooftops to drop by if you’re along Passeig de Gràcia. Some of my favourites to chill at are Alma, Alaire in Los Condes de Barcelona Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Majestic, OMM, and Casa Fuster.

Sometimes while walking by Passeig de Gràcia,, I like to stop at El Nacional, an emblematic multi-zone culinary establishment with the peculiar structure of an old train station, for some oysters and cava.

It is divided into 4 different gastronomic areas: tapas and rice area, seafood and fish, dishes with meat and fast deli restaurant. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth visiting at least once. You can find out more about the place here: https://www.elnacionalbcn.com/en/

Casa Batlló by Gaudí is one of the top and most-photographed city monuments.
