TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions Governing Mastercard Bonus Rebate Program (Luxe Travel)
Under the Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd ("Mastercard") Mastercard Bonus Rebate "Program", rebates will be awarded on spend made by cardholders when they transact using their Eligible Cards subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Program Period
- The Program is valid from 20 January 2025 (0000hrs, GMT+8) to 31 December 2025 (Time 2359hrs GMT+8), both dates inclusive ("Program Period").
Eligibility
The Program is open to cardholders having the following cards issued by the respective countries ("Eligible Card"):
- Mastercard debit or credit consumer World and World Elite Cards issued in the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam
- Each cardholder having an Eligible Card is an "Eligible Cardholder", collectively addressed as "Eligible Cardholders".
- By participating in the Program, Eligible Cardholders agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set out herein.
Promotion Mechanics and Bonus Rebate
- Criterion: To be entitled for the Bonus Rebate, a cardholder must make a "Qualifying Transaction" which is a spend of at least USD3,000 or more in a single transaction across any of the eligible merchants ("Eligible Merchants") using an Eligible Card (the "Qualifying Cardholders") during the Program Period. Cards which meet this Criterion will become "Qualifying Cards".
- Eligible merchants: Celebrity Cruises, Disney Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Insight Vacations and Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas*
- A single transaction minimum spend: USD3,000
- Bonus Rebate amount: USD100
- *Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spa is not applicable for cards issued in Indonesia and Vietnam
- "Bonus Rebate": Each Eligible Card can earn a maximum of US$100 rebate during the Program Period.
- Subject to the fulfillment of these above terms and conditions, the Bonus Rebate will be awarded to the first 12,000 Qualifying Cards per Program Period.
- The Bonus Rebate will be credited to the Qualifying Card’s account within 30 days of qualification.
- The Eligible Merchants list includes similar branded merchants associated with the Eligible Merchant but exclude merchants with separate branding under the same group of companies.
- Transactions made with an agent (including a travel agent) of an Eligible Merchant or the Eligible Merchant’s associate is not an Eligible Transaction and is not counted as a Qualifying Transaction.
Program Registration
- To participate in the Program, Eligible Cardholders must register on Mastercard’s platform at https://redemption.mastercard.com ("Platform"). Each registration is only for the Program Period under the "Luxe" program. An Eligible Card registered for the Program is a "Participating Card" and the cardholder is a "Participating Cardholder". Please note that registration and participation is based on the registration of an Eligible Card and not a cardholder’s account.
- An acknowledgement email will be sent to the Eligible Cardholder who has successfully registered a Participating Card. Please note that the email acknowledgement does not constitute a confirmation of the award of the Bonus Rebate.
- Mastercard shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay or failure caused in the sending or receiving of any emails or mobile or in-application messages, or any ineligibility to participate in the Program resulting from the same. Eligible Cardholders shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the registration including any data services and telecom provider cost.
- Spend tracking for the Bonus Rebate will commence only after successful registration during the respective Program Period. Eligible Transactions made prior to registration will not be counted towards the Accumulated Spend.
- Notwithstanding that a card may otherwise be a Qualifying Card, the Bonus Rebate is limited to a predetermined number of Qualifying Cards as determined by Mastercard. Registration for the Program is on a first-come, first-served basis. Inability to register for the Program may indicate that the Program has reached full capacity.
Excluded Transactions
- Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Program, including determination of whether a transaction qualifies as an "Eligible Transaction", will be at its discretion and will be final. Accordingly, Mastercard reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Bonus Rebate already sent at its discretion, exercised reasonably, in respect of any cancelled, disputed, refunded Eligible Transaction or where there has been a wrongful fulfillment of Bonus Rebate for Eligible or Qualifying Cards, including debiting the value of the Bonus Rebate from the Card account.
- In the event that an Eligible Card is replaced for whatever reason during a Program campaign, the Participating Cardholder will have to re-register on the Platform with the replacement Eligible Card. Any otherwise qualifying transactions will not be carried over or accounted for on the new card registration. In the event that a Qualifying Card or card account is cancelled, removed, suspended, or otherwise is not in good standing prior to the payment of the Bonus Rebate, or if the Bonus Rebate payment is otherwise rejected due to a block on the Qualifying Card account, the Bonus Rebate obligation is voided and Mastercard is not liable for the Bonus Rebate payment.
General Terms and Conditions
- By participating in the Promotion, the Participating Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions herein. Mastercard reserves the right and discretion to disqualify and/or reject any Participating Cardholder that it determines or reasonably suspects to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in breach of the Terms and Conditions herein.
- While Mastercard reserves its discretion, Qualifying Transactions used for this Program will not impact other promotions organized by Issuer or merchants.
- Spending in currencies other than the United States Dollar ("USD") denominated payments shall be converted to United States Dollar (USD) based on the prevailing foreign exchange rate as recorded in Mastercard’s system for tabulating the Eligible Transactions. The cardholder and not Mastercard is responsible for any fees that may be charged by the card issuer or account provider.

- If a transaction otherwise being a Qualifying Transaction is not recorded by Mastercard due to factors outside of Mastercard’s control, it shall be deemed that no Qualifying Transaction was made and Mastercard shall not be responsible or liable for the Bonus Rebate payment.
- In case of dispute arising from or relating to the Program (including any dispute as to Mastercard’s determination of the eligibility of any Eligible Cardholder to the Bonus Rebate), the decision of Mastercard shall be final, conclusive and binding.
- It is the Cardholder’s sole responsibility to ensure that it has provided correct and complete information in registering for the Program. - Mastercard may, at its discretion, adjust, delay, or terminate this Program, its contents, and/or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The cardholder is advised to retain all original sales slips or official payment records of Eligible Transactions. Mastercard may retain these documents for further investigation and resolution.
- Mastercard does not provide confirmation/clarification/checking services to determine if an individual transaction is eligible.
- If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
